 | Barrett Pack is a Kentucky native who has spent the majority of his life in the Bluegrass State. While attending the University of Kentucky, he joined the Weed Man team in 2015 where he began his career as a Marketing Representative. He quickly transitioned into the Technician Role for the next year until he began a Manager in Training program. From then, he ventured into the Sales and Administrative departments, gaining experience along the way in order to better understand the company as a whole. In 2017, Barrett moved to Nashville as a Technical Supervisor. Eventually, he became the Branch Manager in Tennessee until he had the opportunity to take the same position in Cincinnati in 2020 until present day, closer to his original home. Barrett married his wife, Emily, in June of 2022 and they had their first baby daughter, Ellie, in December of 2023. |
 | Ryan Roe is a United States Air Force Veteran who proudly served our country before working as a Personal Trainer/Personal Training Director. Shortly after, he joined Weed Man back in August of 2022 as a technician/Marketing Representative. Ryan was promoted in February of 2023 as the Marketing/Technical Supervisor for the Cincinnati Branch. Ryan just bought a house with his fiancé Megan in September of 2023 with their 3 dogs (Ryder, Kiba and Preston), 4 cats (Scooter, Kyo, Pogo and Frankie) and 2 horses (Nelly and Jaguar). Ryan enjoys his free time outside of work by renovating his house and working out. |

Barry is proud of the thirty-five years of experience he has in the commercial and residential lawn care industry. His professional journey, starting as an entry-level sales representative, showcases a steadfast climb to the role of regional director over the last two decades.
His greatest satisfaction stems from witnessing the growth and development of the talented individuals who report to him. He is dedicated to fostering an environment where team members fulfill their individual career goals, contributing not only to their success but also to the overall success of the organization.
Beyond his professional commitments, He is the proud father of six highly successful children, and his most cherished role is that of "Papa Bear" to seven grandchildren. His wife Kristyn and him find joy in spending their summers at the lake, navigating its waters on their boat, and passionately supporting their favorite Cincinnati sports teams.

Stacie Smith started her career with Weed Man as a Customer Service Representative where she used her skills to grow long-lasting relationships with our customers. In 2015 Stacie was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor and in 2017 was promoted to Administrative Manager. During her time at Weed Man, she has grown the customer service team and has helped the team to excel in providing top-notch customer service and expert lawn care solutions to our customers. Stacie would say that helping her team reach their goals both personally and professionally and seeing her team members see their full potential is what is important to her. Outside of work, Stacie is a devoted wife, a loving mother to three, and a proud Mimi to her beautiful granddaughter, Luna. Stacie is an avid car enthusiast, and she spends her free time sharing that passion with her family.

| Amber Skeene is a dedicated and goaldriven professional with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In 2018, she joined the team at Weed Man as a customer service representative and quickly proved herself as an asset to the company. Her hard work and commitment to excellence led to her promotion to supervisor in 2021. She continues to oversee, coach, and assist in developing the customer service team we have today. When Amber isn’t helping team members reach their goals professionally, she’s relishing her title of wife and mother. Amber loves to spend time outdoors, whether it's cheering for her children at sporting events or bettering her archery skills with the help of her husband, Shawn. She cherishes every moment spent with her husband and three children who are her greatest source of joy and inspiration. With her positive attitude and strong work ethic, Amber continues to inspire those around her.
